Unique Broadband Systems sells S110 Flange Hardware Kits as part of its manufactureing and providing a complete fastening solutions designed to secure waveguide flange joints for sizes ranging from WR-28 to WR-650. These kits eliminate the need to source individual components by providing a matched set of high-grade stainless steel fasteners specifically sized for each waveguide dimension. Each kit typically includes hex head bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and nuts, engineered to withstand the mechanical stress and environmental exposure common in broadcast, military, and SATCOM installations.

In addition to the stainless steel hardware, the S110 series often includes or is paired with appropriate gaskets to ensure a reliable seal.  Depending on the specific flange type (Cover, Grooved, or CPR), these gaskets are supplied in half, full, or double thicknesses to accommodate precise alignment requirements. The use of stainless steel ensures superior corrosion resistance for outdoor applications, while the comprehensive nature of the kit guarantees that the correct torque and pressure are applied to maintain low VSWR and prevent pressure leaks in both pressurized and unpressurized waveguide systems.
