Create new business opportunities while expanding UBS brand awareness in the Passive Microwave Components segment.
Effectively demonstrate and communicate how UBS products can best solve the customer’s problem.
Grow R&S market share – develop and manage sales funnel/ forecast as part of the sales process.
Provide input and feedback and implement growth activities in close alignment with the worldwide Market Segment Management, Product Marketing, R&D, and Service regarding market trends, national and international business opportunities, sales tools as well as product and application needs.
Develop a business plan that outlines the industry and recommends an approach to best address this market segment.
Coordinate a diverse and decentralized team of Account Managers and Application Engineers in an effort to identify and leverage from industry interdependencies, win key opportunities and generate multiplication effects in this market segment.
Single point of contact for Account Managers, worldwide Market Segment Management, Product Marketing, R&D, Marketing and R&S Executive Management on project status and next steps necessary to maximize our penetration of this market segment.
BSEE (or equivalent- Strong RF/uW test equipment background preferred).
Management experience and demonstrated track record of sales leadership preferred.
Commensurate Passive Microwave Components sales experience with a solid understanding of current technologies and industry interdependencies, especially in the Passive Microwave Components industry.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for selling in close cooperation with local account managers and application engineers, an intense focus on customer service, and an overwhelming desire to succeed.
An established and extensive network within the Passive Microwave Components Community.
The ability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills.
